Office World Supplies may change the Terms & Conditions from time to time.

1) Order & Delivery

• The delivery lead time is 2-3 working days for ex-stock item. 
• Free delivery for orders above SGD$100.00 however for orders fall below, a minimum transportation fee of SGD$15.00 will be imposed. 
• Additional delivery fee applies for restricted areas and as well of delivery involving staircase. 
• All our prices stated on our website are in NETT as we do not charge GST.

2) Payment

• We accept payment via Bank Transfer / PayNow or Company Cheque.
• We offer Credit Terms for Corporate Client & Government Agency.

3) Return & Exchange

• Goods sold are non-returnable / non-exchangeable / non-refundable.
